For a few days now the representatives of Delta Cultura association from from Germany, Austria and of course Cape Verde in Tarrafal.  This is a super opportunity to sit together and exchange ideas. In the first meeting on Thursday the future work of Delta Cultura Germany, communication and how to acquire donations was on the agenda. And naturally we spoke about the long existing problem of covering the operational costs. Nobody wants to take over the  basic costs and/or sponsor them and it is nearly impossible to cover these  even partially by financed projects. Thus we are still dependent to 100% on private donations for the coverage of  our most important and largest part of our costs. In the coming days other members of the different associations will arrive and further meetings will take place.
