Children of Delta Cultura Educational Center, through its art classes program begin to paint the Delta Park tires. Being in the last phase, children are rejoicing the environment of Delta Cultura Educational Center by bringing more light, more freshness, more enthusiasm and more color to the center in the courtyard. Enthusiasm is the most notorious element in this phase of construction since it is evident the children’s joy to see that finally comes to the realization a great, beautiful and innovated space for fun and entertainment. The painting process is gaining speed, result of this enthusiasm of children, and this first phase of construction of the Delta Park is almost completed.
